ABOUT THE SEMINAR
A 4G network is the fourth generation of wireless communication. 4G mobile broadband provides improved performance, lower total cost of ownership and enables a new era of personalized services. While still in development, the foundations for the replacement of the present network is currently being researched and constructed by the cellular phone industry and other technology developers. The overall goal for the network is to provide a comprehensive and secure Internet Protocol solution with much faster data speeds than previous generations.
LTE (Long Term Evolution) will become the dominant global 4G wireless technology over the next ten years. The benefits are significant and can make 4G mobile broadband a truly disruptive technology providing service providers a cost-effective way to deploy next generation technology and services and redefining the end-user experience.
