ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM INFOYEZ ‘ 2011 is a national level symposium which will create an opportunity for the students to exhibit their hidden talents. It also provides a platform to widen their horizon of knowledge. It is a great opportunity to get exposed with the future trends and technologies in the computer world. Symposium Details description: 1)PAPER PRESENTATION : Abstract: The abstract should not be longer than 2 page (i.e.) approx. 250-300 words. Remember that your abstract must outline the following very clearly Objectives >> Problem definition (Existing systems and proposed system) Methodology Major outcomes expected Practical implication (if any) Mention the Student Names, Register Numbers and College Name of the participants Inter college teams are allowed. Ø Mail your abstract to Infoyez11@gmail.com on or before 25th Feb. Ø Intimation will be given to mail by 1st of March. RULES FOR PAPER : Team size is restricted to maximum of 2 members. Participants are invited from B.E/B.Tech (all branches) / M.C.A / M.B.A The paper must be in IEEE format (single spaced in 12 point, Times new roman or Arial font and not more than 12 pages. Only text directly related to the item being presented and any accompanying illustrations, tables, figures. Etc… Title pages, table of contents and bibliographies shall not be counted toward the limit.) All papers should have a bibliography/works-cited page. Papers omitting a bibliography or using plagiarized material will be disqualified. Photographs should be treated as being equivalent to figures, with the caption being placed at the bottom of the photograph. The contestants are required to send only a soft copy of their entry along with an abstract(not more than 300 words) to the following mail id : infoyez11@gmail.com With subject “Paper presentation” latest by Feb 25th 2011.please title your entry in the following format: <team name>_<institution>. Acknowledgement of the receipt of the entries would be sent by March 1st 2011 through email. If your abstract is selected and intimated to you about your selection then send your full paper softcopy to infoyez11@gmail.com (OR) hardcopy with DD drawn in favor of “COMPASSION” (payable at Chennai ) of INR 300 per team to the following address, OR cash at the time of registration. Information about robotics:

Delegates from the company will conduct the workshop. Morning session-presentation. Afternoon session-robot building. Student conveners will assist the company delegates. Races will be conducted between ROBOTS. Prizes will be given for make & performance.

Rules and Regulations:

The registration date is extended to 20th Feb. A batch limits 1 to 4 members. Kits will be provided to each batch only. Each kit cost Rs.1900. All students participating in the event are certified.
