It's time the Indian Institute Of Technology Delhi comes to be known not only for its Academics, but
the high standards of Sports that it sets . IITD presents for the first time ever, a one-of-its-kind mega
event in the annals of Basketball: The College Basketball League. Watch the top College basketball
teams of the Delhi Circuit and beyond, fight it out to become the Best among the Best!
The extravaganza shall be spread over a period of four days from 9th to 12th of April,2011, in the
grand Basketball court flanking the campus of IIT Delhi. The League plus Knockout format of the
event is expected to be a rage among the fans and purists alike, as this vibrant format promises to
showcase the credibility of the Best College Title, and ensures that only the best teams progress.
But that is not the only attraction of this mega event. We bring to you the CBL 3-Point Shootout,
which shall see the best shooters in business trying to beat the pack by converting the most 3-
Pointers of all!
Not to be left behind, The CBL Dunk Competition promises to enthral all its viewers with a first ever
slam-dunk challenge. A definite eye-catcher, one of basketball's most crowd-pleasing plays shall be
performed by the finest at this showpiece event.
And last but not the least, a show-of-skills match by the best players in the fray- The CBL All-Star
Game! Watch as the most awesome players share their flags with their best opponents, in a match-
up of brilliance and utmost perfection.
